“Eduaclly” is an educational app, and it is a Multi-School Access Application and it could have a variety of purposes, such as providing learning resources, courses, tutoring services, or other educational content. To get the most accurate and up-to-date information about the app, I recommend checking the official website, app store listings, or any available reviews and user feedback.
This App can be Used by Anyone where there is an Option for Guest User, Where they can go through the Institutes Profile which are listed in app, Check for Courses and Make an Enquiry if Interested. There are Four Types of Login whereas Normal User, Admin Login, Staff Login and Student Login. And there is a Separate Dashboard for all the Four Logins.
Schools can Add and Edit all the School Data like Images, Videos and Documents.
Normal User Login
They can go through all Schools and Colleges Profile, Reviews and Ratings, Enquire about the Courses, Brief about the Course, and Can Download the Brochures. And chat with the school representative or admin directly in the app.
Separate Dashboard for Normal User like Profile page where they can see Email Id and Phone Number. There will be an Option to Login as Admin, Staff or Student.
Normal Users can make any Enquiry for Admissions and fill form within the app. Can view all the data such as images, video, uploaded by the institutes.
Admin Login
They can create Institution Profiles, Take access and permission to Teachers and Students, Courses, go through all requests of the Institution and take permissions to Accept and Reject the Profiles.
Separate Dashboard for Admins where they can add and go through the Profile, Chats, Go to add and edit Classroom, All Class Rankings, Notifications, My Permissions, View Requests, All Classrooms, My Calendar, View All Admins, Question Bank, All Subjects and All Staffs & Students.
They can chat with all the staff and students, take attendance and upload.
They can Add and Edit Data for school information and classroom data, timetable, video and images.
Only for Admins there is Option for Edit and Deleting Data like regarding uploaded data.
Staff Login
They can chat with all the staffs and students, take Attendance and uploads.
Separate Dashboard for Staffs where they can go through the Profile, Chats, All Class Rankings, Notifications, My Permissions, View Requests, My Classroom, My Calendar, Time Tables, Homeworks and Assignments.
Admin gives edit permission, staff can Add and Edit Data for Students Profiles and Take their Personal Records to Submit their Overall Performance in Class.
Student Login
Students can chat with their Students, Individual Classes, Upload photo or Document.
Writing Exam, Submitting Answer Sheets, giving Attendance and view timetable.
Separate Dashboard for Students where they can check their Overall Performance, Attendance Records, Assignments Record, Exam Records, Institution Profile, All Class Rankings, Notifications, My Classroom, My Calendar, View Timetable and Take a Leave.
Students can View School Data like Images, Videos, and Documents.

In the event that the Educally app enters into a contract with a School to deliver the Service, we could gather or have access to Student Data (described below), which might come from the student or the School. We generally don’t utilize such student data for any reason other than enhancing and offering our services to the school or on the school’s behalf. We regard such student data as totally confidential.
Digital correspondence
You agree to receive electronic messages from us by using any of our services. Notifications regarding relevant fees and charges, transactional data, and other information pertaining to or associated with the Services may be included in these electronic messages. This electronic correspondence is a component of our connection with you.

Furthermore, you understand and agree that Educally.in or app will not be held directly or indirectly accountable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of, or reliance on, any such products, services, or material made available on or through any such site or resource, or from any claim that such use may cause.
Contributions by Users
Any material that you add, send, or display while utilizing the Service is entirely your responsibility.
Text, images, comments, questions, and other types of content or information may be submitted, posted, displayed, provided, and will be seen or accessed within the app only.
We make no ownership claims about the User Content you have generated. You continue to own the User Content you produce.
User Content submitted, posted, displayed, provided, or otherwise made available on or through the Service or to Educally.in grants Educally.in
The User Content you upload to the Service must be yours legally. You are not permitted to upload or post any User Content on the Service that violates the rights of publicity or privacy of third parties, or that infringes upon their copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property. Only User Content that you have been granted permission to publish by the owner or by law may be posted.

The Service is shielded from legal action by copyright and other laws in the US and other countries. It is strictly prohibited under the provisions of this Agreement to distribute or reproduce the content of the Service or any part of it in any format, including print and electronic.
In the event that it is found that you have broken this clause of the Agreement, Educally.in or app retains the right to terminate your account.
Schools: The usage of the Service by Schools is covered by this Section.
Feedback
All submissions made by you to us by any kind of contact (phone call, email, etc.) (such as questions, comments, recommendations, documents, etc.) shall be regarded as non-proprietary and non-confidential. You hereby transfer to us all right, title, and interest in and to any ideas, know-how, concepts, techniques, or other intellectual property and proprietary rights included in the Feedback, whether or not patentable, for any purpose, including but not limited to creating, producing, having produced, licensing, marketing, and selling goods and services using such Feedback, directly or indirectly, without giving credit or payment to you. You recognize and acknowledge that we are under no duty to use, display, reproduce, or distribute any ideas, know-how, concepts, or methods included in the Feedback, and that you have no legal authority to require any of these actions.
General
This Agreement will be the exclusive agreement between you and us governing your use of the Service; any past agreements between you and us will be superseded by this Agreement, together with any modifications and any new agreements you may engage into with Educally.in or app pertaining to the Service. Any right or term of this Agreement that Educally.in or app fails to execute or enforce shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. The parties agree that, in the event that a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement to be invalid, the other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and the court shall make every effort to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision. No action, in any form, arising out of or connected to this Agreement may be taken by any party longer than one (1) year after the cause of action has accrued, with the exception of claims for nonpayment or breach of a party’s property rights. We may provide non-English language versions of this Agreement and one or more of our Policies.If so, our relationship will be governed by the English version of this Agreement and any such Policies; the translations are offered just for convenience and should not be construed as changing anything about the English version of this Agreement or any such Policies.
Any issue regarding the app should be taken to law in Bangalore Court Only.
